Turnaround Time

Tek-Pette offers fast turnaround to minimize downtime in your lab.

Instruments are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are typically completed within 48 hours of arrival. Additionally, weekend service is always available.

Complex repairs, especially those needing non-stocked parts, sometimes require more time.  We can contact you with an estimated turnaround time if major repairs are needed.  Finished pipettes can be mailed back separately if other pipettes need additional time in our facility.

You may pre-authorize UPS Ground (standard), or 2nd Day, and Overnight options.  

If needed, shipping charges can be quoted prior (please use the Special Notes box if exact shipping charges need to be estimated & quoted).

All orders of 20 pipettes or more receive FREE return shipping.

Price includes minor part replacement such as seals & o-rings (if needed).

Repairs - If major repairs are needed, an estimate can be provided after inspection, and then work can be completed pending your approval.
