About Tek-Pette

For nearly three decades, I’ve been helping laboratories ensure their pipettes perform accurately and reliably. I began working in pipette service and calibration with Pro-Cal in 1997, alongside my father, Stuart Sheets, who had already spent more than 20 years in the field. Together, we founded Tek-Pette in 2002 as a family business built on decades of hands-on experience. I became sole owner in 2015 and continue to personally provide the service Tek-Pette was built on.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with research, clinical, academic, and industrial laboratories that depend on precise liquid handling every day. My approach is straightforward: accurate calibrations, honest recommendations, responsive service, and the level of personal attention that’s often missing from larger companies.

Whether you’re responsible for a handful of pipettes or an entire laboratory, my goal is to make the calibration process simple, dependable, and hassle-free.
